The "FLX Die" is a blade formed at the micron level through etching (corrosion) and machining, which is attached to a magnetic cylinder and used for punching processing. Our flexible dies are available in a standard type and a high-hardness type, which significantly improves the hardness of the blade, allowing for a longer lifespan with the high-hardness type.
